Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of xeem's website and software. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use xeem on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that company.

The service

xeem provides project websites, lead capture tools (enquiry forms, 2D plot maps, 3D building views), a leads CRM, a dealer portal and, where included in your package, sales management features. Features depend on the package and tier in your agreement.

Pricing & payment

Prices are agreed in a written quote based on your package and project size. Fees, billing period and any setup or add-on charges are set out in that quote. Unpaid accounts may be limited or suspended after notice.

Your content and data

• You own your content — project details, master plans, inventory, leads and customer records.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish, including availability, sizes and prices.
• You must have a lawful basis to collect and contact the buyers who enquire through your websites.
• You can export your data at any time, including after cancellation for a reasonable period.

Acceptable use

Don't use xeem to publish misleading listings, send spam, break the law, or try to access other companies' data. We may suspend accounts that put other customers or buyers at risk.

Availability

We work hard to keep xeem online and secure, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.

Cancellation

You can cancel at the end of your billing period. We may end the service with notice if these terms are seriously breached.
